Well, as many of you know this weekend there is carnival in Europe. To those of you who do not know what carnival is, it is a celebration dedicated to the the period before lent. It is predominantly a Roman Catholic celebration, it can be most compared to parade incorporated with some circus elements, and street parties. Participants mostly dress up in masquerade during these celebrations. Although Milan is a little bit strange and starts carnival next weekend rather than most countries who beginning this weekend, I thought it would be nice to remind people to celebrate and come together in the hard times we face today. To place aside any which difference we might have, and to celebrate in untiy and a constant harmony and let those celebrations pass this traditional celebrations. I was planning to spend the day in Venice on Monday (just to capture a few shots of the carnival, itself) and to experience it in whole. Remember be naughty now, as lent is only a stones throw away. Happy festivities everyone. Eat, drink and be merry.
